My classroom- Before the Construction

If you are a follower of my blog then you are probably aware that I am having my classroom completly renovated. I am gaining a full disability-accessible bathroom, full kitchen and washer/ dryer. You can read the previous blog for me info. Link to previous entry

This is the back of my class. The doors empty right into the gym. Literally. Sooooo noisy! Also notice the slight lift. I have wheelchairs, walkers and a student who is blind. So unsafe!!!

I am so excited that this is actually happening! Construction starts tomorrow- lets see how it goes. I was told 2 weeks by the school system's project manager, yet the project manager from the construction company says they were told 32 days. Who knows.....  I will keep you informed!
